1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern consultations, custom orders and purchases made with SAATY DESIGN, a boutique couture atelier located at 1st Floor, Above Vetic Clinic, 283, MIG, 1st Phase, 15th A Cross, Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru 560064, India. By booking a consultation or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom Orders
Every garment is made to order based on your measurements, fabric and design choices agreed with our design team. Because each piece is handcrafted individually:
- Production timelines will be confirmed at the time of order and depend on the complexity of embroidery and detailing.
- Minor variations in embroidery, hand-work and colour are natural to handmade garments and are not considered defects.
- Design changes requested after work has begun may affect the delivery timeline and final price.
3. Advance Payment & Pricing
An advance payment is typically required to confirm a custom order, with the balance due before delivery or at final fitting. Exact terms will be shared and agreed with you at the time of order.
4. Fittings & Alterations
We recommend attending all scheduled fittings so we can adjust the garment to your measurements. One round of minor alterations after the final fitting is generally included; extensive changes beyond the original design may be chargeable.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because materials are cut and work begins soon after an order is confirmed, advance payments are generally non-refundable once production has started. Cancellation requests made before cutting/embroidery begins will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Delivery
Garments will be ready for collection or delivery once completed and fitted. Please inspect your garment at collection; any concerns should be raised promptly so we can address them.
7. Intellectual Property
Original designs, sketches and embroidery patterns created by SAATY DESIGN remain our intellectual property. Photographs of finished garments may be used in our portfolio, website or social media unless you have asked us not to.
8. Limitation of Liability
We take great care with every garment; however, SAATY DESIGN's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
